Here's a bit about my process.  On average it's about 8-12 weeks for a custom patch but I have been able to do some rush jobs.  Everything formally starts when place a deposit. When I started Cedar Valley Workshop it was on a whim. I just wanted to keep woodworking and since I like working with Cedar, lived near Cedar Avenue, and in a town of Apple Valley I came up with "Cedar Valley Workshop.Yeah, not that original and I didn't have much connection to it. There has been some exciting news here. And also maybe a case of "careful what you wish for. One of my 2002 classmates from USAFA asked if I could make him a Joe Falcon logo. I was excited to do it. After making one I knew it would be popular. So I asked the Air Force Academy for permission to use their logos in my woodworking and art.
