About Us

I think most woodworkers start out in a similar pattern. Their wife wants a new table. In our case a patio table. We look for what's out there, see that everything we like is well over $1000. Yadda yadda yadda, next thing you know you have a garage full of tools worth more than your car. 

I  started Cedar Valley Workshop when I was bored after finishing a few projects. A friend asked for me to make one of my bullet flags I had made in the past. Next thing you know I'm taking orders on my Etsy shop. Then I bought a scroll saw and experimented with a few other designs. 

One of my popular items are turning military patches into wall art. This is a passion of mine. I just love figuring out how to make the designs come alive. 

Recently I received approval from the US Air Force Academy (my alma mater) to use their logos in my woodworking. In combination with my new CNC I'm able to make designs that I would have only dreamed about a few years ago.
